Chicken Wings

What You Need

Ingredients

750 g chicken wings
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry using a kitchen towel.

2. Add the chicken wings to a large bowl.

3. Add cooking oil, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt.

4. Mix well until the wings are evenly coated.

5. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes. For deeper flavour, marinate for 2–4 hours in the refrigerator.

6. Preheat the Domestica Air Fryer Oven to 200°C for 2–3 minutes.

7. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the cooking tray or basket. Do not overcrowd.

8. Air fry at 200°C for 18–20 minutes.

9. Turn the wings halfway through cooking for even browning.

10. Mix honey, tomato ketchup and soy sauce in a small bowl.

11. Brush the sauce over the wings during the final 2–3 minutes of cooking.

12. Continue cooking until the wings are golden, crisp and completely cooked through.

13. Serve hot with your favourite dip.

Preheat the Domestica Air Fryer Oven for 2–3 minutes before cooking.

Pat the chicken wings dry before seasoning. Removing excess moisture helps achieve a crispier exterior.
