This vacuum is built for multi-surface cleaning. Dry mode works on hardwood floors, tiles, laminates, and low-pile carpets. Wet mode handles liquid spills on hard floors — like a juice spill on tiles or a grease drip on marble. The detachable handheld unit reaches upholstery, bed edges, curtains, and tight corners. It is not recommended for thick-pile rugs or deep carpet cleaning.

The Trio Sweep uses a lithium-ion battery — a rechargeable cell type known for steady power output throughout its discharge cycle. This means suction does not weaken as the battery drains. Runtime is up to 35 minutes on a full charge. A complete charge takes approximately 4 hours. As a practical reference, 35 minutes is enough to clean a 2–3 BHK home in one session.
The dirt cup holds 600 ml of dry debris — comparable to roughly a standard glass of dust and fine particles. The liquid tank safely handles up to 200 ml of suctioned spills. Both are bagless, meaning no replacement bags are needed. The dirt cup pops open for one-tap emptying directly into a bin, avoiding contact with collected dust.
The full stick configuration weighs approximately 2.5 kg — lighter than most traditional corded uprights which typically weigh 4–6 kg. The detachable handheld unit weighs under 1.2 kg, similar to holding a large water bottle. This low weight allows one-handed use for cleaning overhead surfaces, curtains, and vehicle interiors.
The Trio Sweep includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Coverage includes the motor, battery pack, and manufacturing defects — meaning faults that arise from production, not from drops or misuse. For example, if the suction motor fails within 12 months under normal use, it qualifies for repair or replacement at no cost. Physical damage from falls is not covered.
We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify. This policy covers situations like receiving a defective unit or an incorrect product. It does not apply to products that have been used and then returned.
