Frequently Asked Questions

The Domestica Dripdrop is a slow masticating cold press juicer that gently squeezes produce like hand-pressing, preserving more nutrients, colour and flavour than fast centrifugal juicers. It handles whole fruits, hard vegetables, leafy greens and nut milks.

No, you can skip most of the prep work. Its 108mm extra-wide feeding chute lets you insert whole fruits and vegetables for continuous, hassle-free juicing.

Yes. It is built with 100% BPA-free, detachable components that rinse clean quickly under tap water, and the included cleaning brush makes clearing the strainer effortless.

The Dripdrop uses a slow-turning auger to crush and squeeze produce rather than shredding it at high speed. This low-speed action reduces heat and oxidation, preserving natural vitamins, enzymes and taste.

The machine features Smart Reversal Technology. This built-in reverse function quickly clears any blockages or stuck ingredients, ensuring a smooth and continuous juicing experience.

Its large auger and multi-stage triple strainer design extract a high juice yield with extremely dry pulp and less foam, and let you switch between pulpy juice, clear juice and nut milk.

Use the reverse function to back the auger out and free the jam, then continue. To prevent clogs, feed produce gradually rather than forcing large amounts at once and avoid overloading the chute with stringy items.

A wet pulp usually means the strainer is partially blocked or the wrong strainer is fitted. Clean the strainer mesh thoroughly, make sure it is seated correctly and pick the coarse or fine strainer suited to what you are juicing.

Rinse the parts right after juicing before pulp dries on the mesh, using the cleaning brush on the strainer. Most detachable parts rinse under running water, and letting everything dry fully before reassembling avoids odour.
