The Domestica Omna is a 6-in-1 cordless stick vacuum with mop that combines vacuuming and mopping in one lightweight device. It easily converts into a handheld vacuum for cleaning floors, furniture, cars, upholstery, and hard-to-reach spaces.
Omna is suitable for cleaning tiles, hardwood, marble, laminate, carpets, sofas, stairs, cars, curtains, keyboards, shelves, and other household surfaces using its interchangeable cleaning attachments.
The package includes a floor brush, mop head, mop pad, air suction nozzle, 2-in-1 brush, long nozzle, short nozzle, extension handles, USB charging cable, main unit bracket, and user manual.
Omna features a powerful BLDC motor with up to 16kPa suction on High mode and 10kPa suction on Low mode for efficient everyday cleaning.
The triple-cell 11.1V 2000mAh lithium battery provides up to 12 minutes of runtime on High mode and up to 21 minutes on Low mode.
Omna includes a BLDC motor, 120ml dust box, 4W LED light, one-hand operation, washable mop pad, cordless design, and 7 interchangeable cleaning attachments for versatile cleaning.
Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly installed. Press the power button firmly and make sure all attachments are securely connected. If the problem continues, contact DOMESTICA Customer Care.
Weak suction is usually caused by a full dust box, blocked nozzle, dirty filter, or low battery. Empty the dust container, clean the filter and attachments, and fully recharge the battery before use.
Check for blockages in the floor brush, nozzles, or air inlet. Remove any trapped debris or hair and ensure all attachments are correctly fitted. If the noise continues after cleaning, contact DOMESTICA Customer Care.
