Let's Cook
Instructions
Pat the chicken dry and make 2 to 3 shallow cuts in each drumstick and thigh.
Mix buttermilk, ginger-garlic paste, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
Add the chicken, coat well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Mix all-purpose flour and cornflour in a separate bowl.
Lift each piece out of the marinade and press it into the flour mixture until fully coated.
Preheat the Domestica Air Fryer to 190°C.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the cooking chamber and brush lightly with oil.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
Check that the thickest part near the bone reaches 75°C before serving.

Cooking Tips
Do not overcrowd the cooking chamber. Hot air needs to reach every piece for the coating to crisp evenly.
After turning, spray or brush a little oil on any dry, floury patches for an even golden finish.
Larger thighs may need 3 to 5 extra minutes. Wings are usually done first, so remove them early if needed
