What You Need

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

1. Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar.

3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth and well combined.

4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently fold until just combined.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate.

7. Line a suitable baking pan with baking paper and lightly grease it.

8. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

9. Preheat the Domestica Air Fryer Oven to 170°C for 2–3 minutes.

10. Place the pan in the air fryer oven.

11. Bake at 170°C for 18–20 minutes.

12. Check with a toothpick. For fudgy brownies, it should come out with a few moist crumbs.

13. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
