1. Place the paneer cubes in a large bowl.
2. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper, kasuri methi, gram flour, oil and salt.
3. Gently mix until the paneer is evenly coated without breaking the cubes.
4. Add onion, capsicum and red bell pepper and gently mix.
5. Cover and marinate for at least 20–30 minutes. For deeper flavour, refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
6. Preheat the Domestica Air Fryer Oven to 200°C for 2–3 minutes.
7. Arrange the paneer and vegetables in a single layer on the cooking tray or thread them onto skewers.
8. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes.
9. Turn the paneer halfway through cooking for even browning.
10. Lightly brush with oil during the final few minutes for a golden, lightly charred finish.
11. Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings and lemon wedges.
